Understanding How Omega 3 Works
Omega3 is known to strengthen the immune system, allow for better formation of cell membranes, improve vision, protect the body from diseases and fight serious conditions.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the smooth functioning of the body and contribute to normal brain and heart function.

I really do appreciate this product. I have never did like the fishy taste of Omega 3. With this one, it tastes good.
