Dissolve approximately 2 teaspoons (7g) in 150 ml of water or juice or liquid yogurt.
One serving per day. There is enough product for 30 servings ( a month).
My Personal Opinion
This product is not fully released to the Canadian market at this time. I have not used this product, so I can not comment directly on this.
