Usage

Use 1 sachet (30 in a box) dissolve in 250ml of moderate temperature water. Let stand until fizzing stops(1-2 minutes) and drink in sips before going to sleep.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.
My Personal Opinion
The citrus flavor is really good. It tastes just the way good minerals should taste. Delicious.
If you do a lot of physical activities you’ll feel the effect in first 3 days. Otherwise it will probably take at least a week for you to really start to see a difference in your sleep and feeling throughout the day.
There are a lot of mineral supplements on the market. But none as comprehensive as Fitline® Restorate.
